Ready-mix concrete of guaranteed quality from our mixing plants in Monor and Bugyi, delivered by truck mixer.
We produce guaranteed quality and quantity ready-mix concrete from strictly cleaned and graded gravel and the best quality domestic cement, with the addition of admixtures, in computer-controlled, high-capacity mixers. The quality of the raw materials and the finished concrete is continuously monitored in an independent, accredited laboratory as well as our own.
We keep the expertise of our long-experienced staff at the highest level through ongoing training. This is essential for the fast and flawless application of several hundred concrete recipes. The composition of the concretes is developed by independent concrete technologists with decades of practice, in line with the applicable concrete standard, also taking into account the customer's special requests. We also pay attention to the work of the drivers delivering the concrete, since careful transport greatly influences concrete quality.
Our mixing plants are located in Monor, in the town centre, and in the outskirts of Bugyi village next to our gravel pit, close to route 50, in an easily accessible location. Both of our plants have modern TEKA-made mixing equipment with aggregate and water heating, and their hourly capacity reaches 50 m³. The gravel, sorted into several fractions, is measured and mixed by a high-precision scale into first-class raw material. At our mixing plants we store several cement grades in modern steel silos, which are filled by cement-delivery silo trucks. We improve the quality of the ready-mix concrete using German-made concrete admixtures that have become widespread in recent times. The breaking test results of the concrete cubes produced through standard sampling are kept by our laboratories and can be handed over to the customer at any time upon request.
We also place great emphasis on the continuous modernisation of our technology, so we always keep the technical standard and reliability of our machinery at the highest level.
At the customer's request, we can also arrange delivery with mixer trucks alongside smaller tipper trucks or larger articulated units, and any concrete pump or Pumix requirements are no problem either.
